The Bart Bookman Community Education Program - The Mayo Clinic in Florida and the Northeast Kidney Foundation in Albany, NY, have provided the Hudson Valley Region – Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (HVR-FJMC) with four professionals in the field of Kidney Disease and Treatment Options, to provide a comprehensive virtual presentation on “Understanding Kidney Disease: Prevention and Treatment Options”. Dr. Martin L. Mai, MD {Internist and Transplant Nephrologist} and Dr. LaTonya J. Hickson, MD {General Nephrologist}, will discuss Chronic Kidney Disease and Transplant Procedure Options. Jean Colaneri, ACNP-BC, CNN; and Marianne Neumann, RN, CNN, FNKF, will discuss working with patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Continuity of Care and Transplant Treatment Options.
