At Goldberg’s Bagels, the wall of Israelis taken hostage on October 7 is a clear indication of owner Adam Goldberg’s love of the Israeli people.

He says, “During a charity bike ride for Alyn Hospital in Israel around 17 years ago, I fell in love with Israel and felt at ease there. And we were fortunate enough to have the Bar Mitzvah of my older son on Masada, with 3 generations experiencing Israel for their first time. We hosted Israeli athletes multiple times when they were here for the Maccabee games. My sister-in- law and her whole family live in Israel, and through their food business, I donate deliveries of food to the IDF. I also support Hatzalah (an emergency medical service) and Alyn Hospital (a comprehensive rehab center in Jerusalem, for physically disabled children).”
